Franck is a Partner in charge of the Banking & Finance Practice of AMMC Law. With a wealth of more than 10 years’ experience as a lawyer in corporate and banking departments of leading international law firms in Luxembourg and as in-house counsel of Société Générale Bank & Trust, he advises corporates and professionals of the financial sector on matters ranging from secured finance transactions to ongoing regulatory issues.

Representative Projects

  • Assisted and coordinated the set-up of the security package for a Canadian telecommunication group in relation to a deed of hypothec.
  • Assisted a US private equity house in the acquisition financing of a German plastic manufacturer through a EUR 325 million private placement of notes admitted on the Euro-MTF market and a EUR 75 million syndicated credit agreement
  • Advised a Belgian credit institution on the law applicable to intermediated securities in Luxembourg.
  • Coordinated and assisted in structuring the financing by a Luxembourg credit institution for the acquisitions of real estate in England, Russia, France and Italy for high net worth individuals.
  • Advised on the offering memorandum in relation to the issuance of listed notes on the Luxembourg regulated market for an Italian telecommunication group and on the issuance of CLNs.
  • Advised and implemented a securitization program for a Luxembourg credit institution and a securitization transaction on commodities for a US asset management company.
  • Coordinated multi-jurisdictional team regarding a Luxembourg credit institution on the management of U.S. regulatory issues relating to the activities of: investment advisor, broker-dealer, distribution of financial instruments.
  • Advised a French investor active in the residential homes for elders in structuring the managers’ carried-interest through the Luxembourg holding company.
